ABOUT THE JOB
Gunzilla is seeking a versatile and skilled 3D Cinematic Generalist Artist to join our creative team for our game OTG (Off The Grid), an all-new AAA Extraction Battle Royale shooter,, available as Early Access on PlayStation®5, Xbox® Series X|S and PC now.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in multiple aspects of 3D production, and capable of creating high-quality cinematic content from concept to completion.
As a 3D Cinematic Generalist, you will collaborate with various departments to bring our stories to life through stunning visuals and engaging sequences.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and develop 3D assets, including modelling, texturing.
- Work closely with directors, producers, and other artists to ensure the visual style and narrative align with project requirements.
- Participate in the conceptualization and storyboarding of cinematic scenes.
- Optimize assets and scenes for performance while maintaining visual quality.
- Implement feedback from creative leads and directors to refine and enhance cinematic content.
- Stay updated with industry trends and new technologies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of production.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to achieve the desired visual effects
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in 3D animation and cinematic production.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar.
- Strong understanding of cinematic principles, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Proficient in modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering.
- Experience with post-production processes, including compositing, colour correction, and visual effects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Work experience with Unreal Engine 5 and Lumen
- Full PBR render theory understanding
